Tulsa's newest 66.5 acre park opened in September 2018 and features 11 attractions. Phase 2 of the park will begin Spring 2019 to add a pedestrian bridge.

The Attractions

  • Williams Lodge: you guessed it- it's a lodge. But, it marks the front of the park and the perfect place to cool down. Sit by the fire, bring your laptop and enjoy the park view thanks to the big windows.

  • Mist Mountain: it is facing Williams Lodge and in the summer, it is the perfect way to beat the heat. It normally has water cannons and misting areas. For now, it is pretty dormant.

  • Adventure Playground: the 5-acre play area features banana slides, pretend sheriffs office, giant swans, a giant fort fit for a prince or princess, rope bridges, and a giant elephant slide. The last one to climb the tower is the rotten egg!

  • Quiktrip Lawn: on a day that is windy, you can find the kites flying over it! It is a multipurpose lawn so make sure to bring the frisbee!

  • Oneok Boathouse: there are no active boats, just small ones for show. However, climb three stories to see a view of the entire park!

  • Other attractions include: Peggy Pond, Sky Garden, Four Seasons Garden, Skate Park, and Sports Court.

Tips and Tricks

The park is hustling and bustling with families all over Tulsa and the surrounding areas. Here's how to make the best of the day!

  • Get there early! While the park has a lot of parking, they normally have attendance staff assisting with finding parking spots and backing out.

  • You can bring your food! The park allows visitors to bring their own food as long as it is not in a cooler. You cannot bring alcohol to the park, however, there is alcohol for sale in designated restaurants

  • Avoid peak days! Saturday and Sunday are the peak days and avoid it if you can. Everyone has the same idea to go there to spend time. If you do go on those days, go either in the morning or late afternoon.

  • Bring a backpack! There were a ton of people, including myself, wearing backpacks to store any food, drinks or necessities like money or cell phones. They do not have lockers so make sure you don't leave it somewhere.

  • Park near the middle! To avoid the craziness of the front parking, park toward the middle or back of the park. There is a lot of spots that are easier to park in or walk to/from.

  • Restrooms are located throughout the park at the Lodge, Boathouse, and Sports Courts

  • ADA, Allergy and Sensory friendly establishment.
